Acceptance & Scope
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. They govern all workshops, coaching sessions, and digital products provided by Effective Productivity Workshop.
Service Delivery
- Workshops are delivered live online or on-site. Virtual sessions are recorded for participants only.
- Custom materials are provided under a non-transferable license for internal use only.
- Duration and scope are defined in your workshop agreement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice receive a full refund; 7-14 days: 50% refund; less than 7 days: no refund. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested 10 days prior.
Intellectual Property
All workshop content, frameworks, and handouts are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost productivity.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under AAA rules. This agreement is governed by New York law.
